As the products are offered without a seal system, they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection after collection by the customer.

The withdrawal period corresponds to that between the receipt of your payment and that of the taking over of the order by the customer or a third party mandated by the customer within the limit of 72 hours.

After this time, SOTRACABE reserves the right to reinstate the order in its stocks and to retain 15% of the amount of your payment as management fees.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal,SOTRACABEwill refund the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Products may be delivered to you by your own courier/trusted third party (valid customer ID will be requested upon collection or third party ID), by our courier GOZEM or by post. 

In the event of a delay in shipment beyond our control, an email/phone call will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the terms and conditions defined in the "exchange and refund" section.

In the event of deliveries by a carrier, SOTRACABE cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer.
